This privacy notice explains what information SageFin Capital collects through sagefincap.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to scenario submissions made through it.

We keep the collection narrow on purpose. The calculators do not require an account or an email address, and we do not ask for sensitive financial documents through public forms.

When you submit a scenario, we collect only what you enter:

• Name and email address
• Optional phone number
• Property state and financing goal
• Optional property address
• Approximate financing amount
• Notes you choose to include
• Whether you separately opted in to marketing updates

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored unless you choose to send a scenario, in which case the inputs and results you were viewing are included with your submission so our team can see what you modeled.

Calculator results are not linked to advertising profiles, and we do not send calculator inputs or personal scenario details to analytics tools.

We use the information you submit to:

• Review your scenario and respond to your inquiry
• Confirm program and property availability for your state
• Maintain a record of the conversation
• Send occasional updates, only if you separately opted in

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support this website and our communications, or with a lender or program partner when that is necessary to evaluate a financing scenario you asked us to review.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Scenario submissions are stored in an access-controlled system. Only authorized administrators can view them, and submissions are not publicly readable or indexed.

We retain submission records for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain business records, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@sagefincap.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Marketing consent is optional, is requested separately from your inquiry, and is never required to receive a response. You can withdraw it at any time.

This site may use a privacy-conscious analytics service to understand aggregate page usage. We record a small number of product events — for example, that a scenario form was submitted — without including names, email addresses, or scenario details.

Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies. Core parts of the site, including every calculator, continue to work without them.
